Full refund: Cancellations received at least 48 hours before the event receive a full refund.
Less than 48 hours before the event: Tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a future Didi Journeys event. Contact didijourneys@gmail.com to arrange a transfer.

Cancellation and refund policy
- Cancellations made on or before 1 March 2027 receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 2 March and 1 April 2027 (inclusive) receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made after 1 April 2027 are non-refundable.
Deposit: A €200 deposit reserves the selected accommodation option and is credited toward the full retreat price, not added as an extra fee.
Early Bird: Early Bird places are limited. Check Ticket Tailor for currently available ticket types and prices.
Payment deadline: Full payment is due by 29 March 2027 for all Inner Spark ticket types. Any deposit paid is deducted from the total retreat price.
